Insurance Coverage

There have been many changes in healthcare and insurance plans. Although an insurance may be listed under a broader insurance, we may not necessarily be contracted. While we accept many insurance plans, every policy has its own specific benefits and coverage. Our office does ask that you contact your particular health plan to ensure we are in-network. Also remember to add your newborn to your insurance plan within the first 30 days to safeguard coverage.

This is a general list of insurance plans accepted. Each insurance has select networks.  You will need to verify with your insurance plan to verify if we are in-network.

Insurances We Accept:

AHCCCS Plans Accepted:

Insurance Plans NOT Accepted:

  • Aetna Attribution
  • All other AHCCCS plans

  • Ambetter
  • Blue Cross Blue Shield Select Network
  • Galaxy Health Network
  • Pioneer CMS
  • Tricare
  • UnitedHealth Care Doctor’s Plan

HMO Exchange Plans:

  • We are not contracted with any HMO Plans

****Please note, that although we may be contracted with a specific plan, we may not be in the same network. It is your responsibility to contact your insurance company and verify that we’re in-network with your plan to avoid higher out-of-pocket expenses. Again, please follow due diligence and call your specific plan to make sure our office is in-network to avoid any issues. ****
